My husbands I601A Provisional Unlawful Pressence Waiver was approved in August 18, 2015 (Notice date) and on August 28, 2014 my lawyer submitted my affidavit but based on the USCIS approval letter it states they forward our case on over to NVC. I called NVC just to follow up if they have a interview date for my husband yet and was told they did not have my approval/case. Is this normal.. Should I be worried?... The gentleman told me to email the approval notice to nvcresearch@state.gov. Which I will do first thing tomorrow morning but I don't understand how this happens... Am I suppose to be calling like a crazy maniac to get them to give me a interview date?? I really need advise.. If someone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated..
