Hello everyone.

I have been working on my AOS Package. Thanks to visa journey, I was able to fill almost every forms without any problem. A little browsing in the forums helps a lot.

BUT, I have a little misunderstanding. On G-325A, It asks for my employment for the past 5 years, not a difficult question, I know. I have been unemployed since June 2015 as I was moving to the US the same month. On the first line, it says ; to Present.

I looked at the example form and it just says to list your employers. Should I wrote none on the first line then proceed to the employment I had in Canada? I'm sorry, it probably is a DUH FACEPALM question, but I would rather get it right the first time than get an RFE. I looked through the AOS forums and could not see an answer.

Then, Concerning pictures. The checklists show I only need 2 pictures, placed behing the G-325A. I am planning on following this checklist, but I read I need to attack 2 pictures for each form. ( I saw it somewhere on VJ, I did not bookmarked or I would have linked it here).

Should I go with only 2 pictures as stated?

Also, I have my G-3025, but no flu shot. Hubby was thinking of going to walgreens to get our shots. But, because it show F on my form, I guess I need to bite the bullet and go to a Civil surgeon?

Thanks for your help!

Hey, I had the same question about the G-325A, what I did, first line I put N/A (where it ends with present), and then proceeded with the second line with the job I had in my country by the time I did this form for the K1 petition. I did an attachment to this question stating the dates I was unemployed from june to present.

The photos, you are doing the AOS/AP/EAD right? then it is 2 photos 2x2 per application. The G3025 belongs to the AOS application....so 2 photos in total.

The vaccination, I didn't get the flu shots because i got my vaccines in June 2014, and I applied for the AOS in October 2014 (and I didn't get any flu shots in that month either), therefore, It only requires the copy of the G-3025. You only need to go to the civil surgeon to get new shots if the G-3025 is expired, and not at walgreens :P

This is what I did, and I did not get any RFE. Good luck!

Thanks a lot!!

I did my medical at montreal in April 2015, right after the Flu season. And we plan on sending the whole package in November, which is during the flu Season. Hence why my question about G-3025. Everything is up to date except the flu shot.
