I am applying for my fiancee to come here, her interview is soon. She is from Russia and is using the consulate in Moscow. I have just a couple questions on the I-134.

If I am the petitioner and my mother is my co-sponsor will she need to put me down as a dependent if she claimed me on last year's taxes, but won't be on this year's taxes?

As implied, my income is not enough for household of 2 (me & my fiancee) but I do have about $10,000 in savings and investments; as it stands I am about $4000 short for the 125% poverty line, that is why I am using a Co-Sponsor & have included the $10,000 in savings and investments on the I-134, would this be sufficient to cover without a co-sponsor or would I need more? If we were to use my mother as a co sponsor the change would be too drastic, the interview is coming up here (about a week and a half). And I am worried the visa will be denied based on financial reasons.

Other info that might be important: household size for my mother would be 4, or 5 if she must claim me as a dependent; she owns real estate and has personal belongings totalling roughly $10,000 (her cars). Any other advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you
