Can you tell me how the wording of these sound? I ask these because my cover wording is not a copy/paste from online as I use my own words, and when I print out receipts for receipts and logs, I try to be specific. Got my cover and two disclaimers below and just looking for advice on either "they sound okay" or "NO DO NOT SEND THEM!"

Thanks.

Your disclaimers are not needed. For the petitioner's documents, you only need either a copy of the birth certificate OR a copy of all pages of the passport. You do not need both. If you are using passport stamps as your proof of meeting, then you will need the passport bio page. Also, you do not need a copy of the beneficiary's passport bio page.

Also, there are two different types of evidence under your proof of evidence header: evidence of meeting, and evidence of a bonafide relationship. You may want to consider breaking it down into these 2 parts:

PROOF OF MEETING

> Proof of having met in the past two years will include photos and a list describing them, copies of passport entries and exits (stated above), copies of plane tickets, receipts

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP

> Selected emails and chat logs, post office/shipping receipts, other receipts..... MORE? Need to print receipts from emails

Zed, thanks for answering.

Gee, I was about to post the one for my receipts page too..... "These are receipts I have from various times in our relationship. Most are the originals. During my two weeks out there, she used cash she had and I did a couple of conversations. No every place had receipts offered."

So you saying they are not needed, mainly because they just want a stack of papers and pictures to send off and toss anyway (goodbye, $25 worth of pictures and $30 worth of printer ink)? I know they are going to sendoff and toss the stuff, but they not need to know what is what? Is it a bad thing to include them because, well, I will feel incomplete not doing it too? I am just wanting to be thorough and eliminate any future questions that could delay the process.

I will breakdown the parts of the evidence as suggested. Thank you.
