Hi All, sorry for the question (maybe is silly)... I have filled out online the ds-260 and now i have to send all the documentation requested in the packet 3.

Since my wife and my son have already american passport (my wife of course is the petitioner) do i have to include even their birth certificates?

Yes, I would include your wife's birth certificate since she is the petitioner and the NVC needs to identify her as a US citizen. But only send them a photocopy as you will need the originals at your interview.
