Hello all,

Having just been approved, I'm thinking about my I-134 now. I think my situation might be a little risky (as in I may not look like the most stable) so I wanted to ask for some opinions/insight.

I make 20,500 something annually so just about $600 over the 125% for a household of two. So I know that that's what they mostly care about but I don't have a tax return transcript for last year since I was a college student and just started this job in March. I also have a part time and seasonal job. I work at an elementary school so during school breaks I work a part-time job. It pays minimum wage though so I probably only make about $1000 or less a year :P Should I include that? I know it's like nothing but it gets me past just $600 above. I expect to have about $4000-6000 saved up by the time I get the letter from the bank. Is this enough?

Or should I get a joint sponsor just to be safe?

Any insight is appreciated.

Thank you!

Include all your income sources. Add them all together to get your annual income, which is how much you earn in a year's time. Provide letters from employers and/or recent pay stubs from all of them to prove that current annual income amount. Also provide a statement as to why you were not legally required to file taxes in 2014. Just state you were a college student, and fell below the IRS filing threshold, but now graduated and have been employed full time for nearly a year.

You can also list your savings as assets on the I-134 and provide bank statements or letter from bank to prove ownership and amount.
