Going to CDJ next week---questions

Hi,

I just received package 3, from CDJ, so my fiance is going to go next weeK,

I am trying to fill out 1-864 , but does it have to be notarized,

are there any tips anyone has to give me, for the interview, and also as for what papers, to take and how many,

Even though I Have the package with me, I want to make sure I don't miss anything.

There's nothing in the instruction of I-864 saying that it needs to notarized. Government personnel likes to follow procedures. If it's not listed, it's not required.
