what should I do when my ceac statues says issued while the embassy where I had my immigration interview at keeps telling me in final process for over three months and half since the date of interview and then they tell me its under administrative process this case needs 9 months atlast? why is that? or what should i do? is it because when i was a minor i over stayed a tourist visa but again i was under 18… very confusing people tell me you should file a complaint and that way it help you can anyone help me plz? thank u

You are under administrative process regardless of what the ceac status is. I'm sorry, it's very frustrating. They are just investigating to see if you are inadmissible. Hopefully everything goes well for you.

As far as a complaint you are very limited as to what you can do as absolutely know one can do anything about being in AP nor can it be skipped. I hate to sound like a broken record but if it helps try contacting your senator or congressman.

At this point and stage, no. A lawyer will be useless. But, and I hope this is not your case, if need be and you are asked to file a waiver then maybe you can use a lawyer though there has been many successful waivers filed without the help of a lawyer.

That is a very good thing as waivers are usually given at the interview. Hold on and have faith everything will work out soon.
