Aloha,

I just have a quick question. I petition my parents and they had their Interview Approved last 9/23/15. I check online thru travel doc and their passport is on the process for delivery. I check 2GO with their Passport # and Case # and keep saying its invalid. Just wondering if there is any other way to track their passport?

Thanks to all and God Bless!

You need to access https://ais.usvisa-info.com but you need teh email and password registered and when you log on - check the tracking number with what ever source was used to deliver your approved Visa. You are asked to contact the consulate if you do not receive in three weeks. Consulate in Mexico used DHL... and that where we retrieved our packet...

Track via CEAC until its issued -- your there.

Then track via ustraveldocs: (use passport #)

http://cdn.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-passportretrieve.asp#trackingoptions

Then track via 2go (you may use your Passport/UID Nos or Case Nos.)

2go will show invalid until they get it from the embassy.

That last step never worked for my fiancee and I. 2go sent her an email with a random 9 digit "air bill" tracking number. I've ran into a few others that it has happened to also.....
