Hi,

My bf and I are in the middle of gathering requirements for k1, on his behalf I did all of the research and paper works because I do good at paper works and stuff.

- so, I'm single and my bf is divorced. I want to ask how many pages you presented for any final divorce notice? Am I going to out a letter header with this?

- is there any specific additional attachment to be added to it?

-i appreciate your tips so much, help

We sent the FL 180, Judgement ( my fiance form california) with attached Marital Settlement Agreement. FL 180 page 2 was signed by the judge.

So the final divorce decree should be the one signed by the judge stamp flied. Docs may differ in your bf state, so better be safe and send everything he got from his lawyer.

I made a cover letter of all the contents and I also made cover pages for each forms and docs; so for the divorce decree I made a cover page, i.e. Divorce Decree of __________. My intention was to make the review process easy a for the adjudicator. I also made a footer with our names so that if any paper get misplaced it can be easily traced back to our case.

I sent all 21 pages of the divorce decree. They don't do certificates where I live, and the certified copy has a stamp on page 1 (shows the cause number), page 21 (judged signature), and then an extra page saying the person at the clerks office who printed it out.
