Hello, all

We are waiting for a reply from NVC now. We already submitted our AOS and IV docs. In the AOS, we had to use my hubby's mom's income as household member to meet the financial requirement

But my husband has found a new job now and I was wondering, if the interviewer let's say finds out about the new job during the interview, and we give him the new i-864, is it okay to not include anymore my hubby's mom income since my hubby's new income is already enough to meet the household income for us (household of 3, me, hubby and 2 yr old son)? Or should we still include it because that was what was in the original i-864 we sent them before the interview?

Thank u for ur responses guys.

For me,i think its better to use mother-in-law income coz as u have said it already meet the financial requirement. Dont worry coz they will not ask anymore from ur AOS docs coz that is already reviewed in the NVC. It is only a problem if NVC ask u to provide another AOS in the time of interview. So if u want to be sure, u get ur hubby's i-864 for emergency or personal purpose so that it wont hassle u if they ask for it..its better to be prepared, right?

Thank u for ur responses guys.
