Misspelled address

Hi. In our marriage certificate there are some typographical errors in the address but not with the names and date. Will the NVC be very strict about it? We already submitted it in the NVC for Civil documents. Thanks. I'm worried.

We had the name of one of our witnesses mistyped. When we called them up, they even admitted messing it up and would be glad to fix it and send out new ones (only took another day).... but we had to pay $15.00 and send the old ones back in. Very messed up that we had to pay for their mistake, but $15.00 isn't a big deal.

So my opinion, just get it done right, it's not worth any potential fallout that could come from it. I am sure there's some legal wording saying you swear that all information on that legal document is truthful and accurate, so technically by not correcting it, you are violating that statement.

The thing is, we already submitted the wrong document. And the NVC is reviewing it now. Thanks. And the error was made here in the Philippines.
