So my husband and I have to resubmit a corrected AOS form. Although I'm a US citizen, my husband is the principal immigrant (I live abroad with him). My mother is a joint-sponsor.

In part 3, #28 it states Enter the total number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this affidavit from item numbers 1.a-27. Would that just be my husband since he is the principal immigrant?

In part 5 under Sponsor's Household Size, #1 it states to provide the number you entered in Part 3, item number 28. Again, would that just be my husband?

Under the same section, in #8 it states to add together Part 5, item numbers 1-7, and enter the number here. Household size: Would that be one (my husband) given that there aren't any other dependents.

Also, since my mother filled out the AOS and mailed it to me, I noticed it is the expired form (03/31/2015). Does this mean that a new AOS form needs to be filled out? Or would the old form still work? I've been trying to contact NVC to no avail, so I would greatly appreciate some help as moronic as my questions may appear to be. I don't want to send another AOS form for the third time. Thanks!
