Hello everyone!

I know this is asked constantly, but as I'm finishing up the first part of my K1 visa package I'd love some confirmation that what I'm sending in will be sufficient (+ ideas if it's not sufficient).

Here's what I'm planning on including:

- Copy of pages from my passport, with relevant stamps annotated

- Copy of pages from my fiance's passport, with relevant stamps annotated

- Copy of fiance's Certificate of Residency in Argentina (he is Venezuelan but lived there with me last year), which states that he lives with "his partner" and gives my name and passport number as well as our address

- Copy of our friends' marriage certificate. We were the witnesses, and it includes our names, signatures, passport numbers, and address.

- Bus tickets from this year as I was on my way to the airport. There is one for him and one for me, and include our names, passport numbers, and arrival and departure info (to show we were on the same bus at the same time going to the same place, etc.)

- Hotel receipt from my last nights in Argentina. This is somewhat bare but includes our names.

- Some photos of us together in Argentina and with my family

Does this seem like enough? Both Argentina and Venezuela have currency controls and I rarely if ever used my credit/debit cards there, so I can't find any receipts or ATM withdrawals. I am also planning on including a longer explanation about why my fiance has been living in Argentina and a timeline of our meetings (it's been four years in three different countries so it's a little tricky).

Some things I could also include if deemed necessary (but the translations are really time consuming and expensive, so I'd rather not if not necessary):

- copies of bills that were sent to each of us individually at the address we lived at, although they aren't from the same month

- the first page of my lease for our apartment (his name is not on it)

- a copy of his DNI (Argentine ID), which lists our address

- itineraries from our trips

Also, is it ok to send in copies of the hotel bill and bus tickets, or would originals be preferable?

Thank you for all your help!!

Hello!

Copies hsould suffice. Sounds like you got more than enough. When I sent in my paperwork for Danielle's peititon, I included about 4-5 photos of us together, a letter from my mother supporting legitamacy, printouts of the flight itineraries when Danielle visited 3 times pripr, and I think that was about it and there were no issues. But yeah, sounds like you got a great start on things, good luck!
