Hello Everyone

My wife (US Citizen) and i met in my country in the Caribbean over 7 years ago, been together for almost 4 years and have been married for two and a half out of those 4 years, i am currently in the US

I came to the US on a b1/b2 visa to visit her (My girlfriend at the) time for a few months and during that time i realize that i want to marry her so i purposed we got married in US then we both wet back to my country in the Caribbean , my wife later came back to the US during the time she was pregnant, i came later on for the birth of our child then stayed for a few more months, as i was about to return to my country she got pregnant again so we decided that i should stay

My wife goes to work and i take care of our children since i'm not legally allowed to work on a visitor visa

We have a apartment lease, electric bill, internet bill, 2 bank accounts, two children in both of our names

we are planing on filing soon and have a few questions, any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance :)

1. Do we need a Lawyer OR its a straight forward case?

2.Should i send a copy of my captain license from back home?

3.Do we need OR should we have a specific amount of money in the bank?

4.My wife only works part time at the moment but my brother is going to sponsor me, is this going to be a problem?

5.On the form G-325A the part that says applicants residents last five years, should i list both my address from home and also from out here US?

Thanks
