Request Expedited Process from the Start

I am sending my i-129F in the mail tomorrow, can i request expedited process right away? i mean is there a form i should fill out and include in my package ? if not, how do I request expedited process?

I read many successful experiences on this form, where in a month time the USCIS part was successful. My fiancee is living in Syria, a civil war torn country in political turmoil and every extra day she is there can put her life in danger.

I would say once your case gets to USCIS and your receive the receipt number then can apply for expedited services.

Based on what your situation, I would say you case fall under the following two criteria:

• Extreme emergent situation
• Humanitarian situation
