Expiration Date I-94

Another day, another question

I'm just wondering. I entered the States and I did not get a I-94 paper. The guy told me I can print it out.

So I printed this paper out and I'm wondering if the Expiration Date is correct on this paper (right top).

I entered the States last year August 05 and the expiration dates says 06/30/2015.Is that correct?

I was here on a J-1 Visa. Above the number is an OMB No. .........

No, that is the expiration date of the form.

What you want is the "Admitted Until" date, which for you in J status is probably "D/S".
