I need some help if anyone would know the answer??

So my fiance has come to America a couple years ago and then left before he got all his papers to file for a 10 year GC (he was not deported) And now, 4 years later, I am trying to get him a K1 Visa so we can finally be together. All his old cards have expired but on his Permanent Resident card (that has expired) he does have a USCIS number... Does anyone by chance know if I should put that on the G-325A form or leave it blank? I have searched almost everywhere and have found no clear answer. Any advice/tips would help :-)
