Does my Fiancee need a Advisory Opinion (“J” Visa) 2 Year Rule, 2 Year Home Rule, 212(e) for her K1 visa interview

My fiancee has an interview for her K1 visa in the coming months, her visa/passport (previous J1 visa) states she is NOT subject to the 2 year requirement. Is showing the passport/old J1 Visa and paper work stating she is not subject to the 2 year stay enough for the interview or does she need to file for an Advisory Opinion as proof
