how long does it take for citizenship?

Hello.. my bf is a treaty indian residing in USA with PR status. It has been over 5 yrs and he now wishes to become a legal citizen. Question, how long will this generally take and once he becomes one how long would it take before he could sponsor me to live there with him. I would apply for a fiance visa and marry within 90 days. I have a son from my past marriage who is 8 that I have full custody of. Would this be a problem. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

4 years 9 months from the date his Permanent Residence started, he can apply for citizenship.

I-485 Mailed: June 20, 2014 | NPIW: October 15, 2014 | Welcome Letter: June 23, 2015

2 YR GREEN CARD IN HAND: June 26, 2015

I-751 Mailed: March 20, 2017 | Approval Letter: February 24, 2018

10 YR GREEN CARD IN HAND: March 23, 2018

N-400 Filed Online: March 20, 2018
