please, help!!! I 693 form I forgot fill Alien Registration number

Hey guys,so am just wondering if anyone has been through this before. i forgot to put my A# in the medical form and its already been sealed and stuff so i was just wondering if this will create any issues with the uscis or i must to ask to the doctor change the form? because i put the number in the other forms. I am not sending yet the documents to USCIS I am applying AOS under k1 visa.

I just went through that process, the medical assistant said that they would be able to provide me with a copy of the final medical form. But at the end she had sealed the envelope and had not provided a copy to me so I mentioned it to her. She was nice enough to open it up give me a copy and seal it back up. Maybe if you go back to the medical office where you had it done and ask them to let you open it up write the A# and seal it back up they should be able to reseal it for you. Good Luck

Thanks, I am thinking about ask for that to the medical assistant, but my form was filed electronically, so, in case, they must to print everything again.

Anyway, I will try to call them.

If somebody else have similar experience, please, share.

As long as you write your alien number in black ink you should be fine you don't have to reprint the whole thing.
