I am seeking help if any of our VJ member can guide us. I will look forward for your comments or suggestion which will enable to move forward.

PD is Nov 25,2013 paid all the fees and submitted all the civil and AOS documents to NVC and due to the system error we received a checklist of DS260 and finally able to submit on July 8, 2015. However we are yet to receive our CC.

Back in June we wrote an email to NVC to change the embassy this is due to currently i am working here in Abu Dhabi, UAE and last week we received an email from NVC that our case number and embassy has been changed which i was not expecting from them.

Currently its been more than 30 days still case hasn't bee completed and whenever we call to NVC they aren't giving us proper feedback.

Can someone can suggest us what shall we do further to whom shall we follow up!!

Marriage: 10/10/2013.

I-130 Sent: 11/22/2013

I-130 NOA 1: 25/11/2013

NOA-T (Electronic Transfer notice to California Service Center): 24/03/2015

NOA-T (Hard Copy of Transfer notice received in mail): 31/03/2015

I-130 NOA2: 01.04.2015 (Approved)

NVC Received: 16 April 2015

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill: 27 April 2015

Pay AOS Bill: 30 April 2015

Send AOS / IV Package: 13 May 2015

Pay IV Bill: 08 May 2015

Scan Date: 18 May 2015

Checklist: 19 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS260]

Submitted DS260: 08 July 2015

Case Completed at NVC: 08 Sep 2015

Interview Date: 05 Nov 2015

Interview Result: passed :dancing: :dancing:
