Filing i-751 before 10/1/15 but won't get baby's birth certificate yet

Hi all,

I need to file i-751 between now and before October 1st. My baby is about to be born in a couple of week (either by last week of August or first week of September), My hospital has the service that we just have to fill info and they will get the paperwork done for you. Now this is my first child so I don't know what to expect but I read that it will take 4-6 weeks until the baby's birth certificate arrives in mail which won't be in time. I have everything pretty much ready. I was going to wait until my baby girl arrives to file because I thought I might get her birth certificate within a week. So is it ok to just file everything first and then baby's birth certificate later?

We are in same situation we are due after we turn packet in, we are submitting pictures of baby shower and copies of ultra sound along with Dr. visits and healthcare statement. If we get an RFE then we will send in copy of birth certificate:) hope this helps
