Hi Everyone.

Ive attended my interview in London and was told I had been accepted for my K-1 visa (YAY) and like most I've been checking the CEAC tracker a few times per day. When looking in the past my case creation date was the same since the NVC posted my documents to the Embassy and the status update changed when my case was touched, this was the case even after the interview however I noticed on August 11th my case creation date changed to the 11th as well as my status update date. Any ideas of why this is? Also Ive read that its meant to go into 'Administrative processing' however my case has always just said 'Ready' any ideas? Ive attached a screenshot so you can see.

Try the tracking number again, but select "immigrant visa" this time. After the interview, it gets processed by the Immigrant Visa unit in London (despite the K1 being non-immigrant).

That is normal. Before it said Immigrant when it arrived from NVC.

Now it has changed to Non-immigrant. Progress.

Here's the progress of member Wooderz for comparison.

Aug 5 Interview London

Aug 11 had changed to Non-immigrant during the night (US night)

Aug 12 changed to AP an hour or so ago

Next step is Issued.

Thanks for your reply. I have just checked again and it has been updated in the last hour or so to "Administrative Processing"
