Hello again..........

On the I-129F, Part B, question 14 it asks what address I will be living at when I move to the US.

I wont be living at my fiancee's house because she lives with her parents, so it is my intention to rent an apartment as son as I get over there and obviously I dont have the address yet.

Should we put my fiancee's current address to get the form completed??

Thanks

I had this same problem, my then fiance lived at home with his parents and we would be renting when I got over.

I just put his parents house on the form and all the other forms, then when you move in to your new house, send in a AR-11 to USCIS (no fee!) and there you have it :D

Just as flutter95, you need to put an address on the forms no matter what, so it will be fine to put your fiancee's parents address, thats what we did and then when your over here in the US, fill out an AR-11 form within 10 days of moving into the address, I would also ring USCIS of your new address, and inform them, thats what I did when we moved into our new apartment, better to be safe than sorry. :)

We were in the same situation (I am the petitioner, K-1). We used my PO Box anywhere it asked for my mailing address, and all correspondence from USCIS and NVC went there. We used my physical address when it specified a street address (only one or two places, I think). Where it asked where he will be living, we put "to be determined" and the name of my city and state. We were approved through California; no RFE. They did ask him what street I live on at his interview in Casablanca, and he gave the physical address. They didn't ask about anyone else living there. We waited until after his interview to start apartment-hunting. Just our experience; YMMV. Best wishes.

I'm the USC.
