I hope this is the appropriate forum for this...on part 3 of the form where it says "(City)" I am trying to put in the city name of my fiancee (San Pablo City) but it will not allow me to put spaces. Is anyone else getting the same error on the form? If so, how would you input the city name?

Thanks

Brett

You can Insert a text box of the top for the city and make the font slightly smaller which what I did for couple of items that would not quite fit. OR you can type "see attachment"....the appropriate names, birthday, and form title at the top of a separate piece of paper, then next to the corresponding number type the name of the city.

More than likely you won't be required to have I-134, but do it in case it is asked

Just either write it in with a pen or SanPablo

Up to you.......
