hey dear members I have a quick question I am petitioning for my parents and I would like to know what documents I need I checked on uscis website that I would need proof of my citizenship my birth cert and there marriage certificate.I heard from my friend that I would require to have the birth cert of my parents my question is if I have my parents marriage cert my proof of citizenship and my birth cert showing there names would be enough or I would still need birth certs of my mom and dad please help

while petitioning them you are required to send only the documents mentioned in the instructions, Once the petition is approved , USCIS sends it to NVC. their birth certificates will be required at NVC stage.
