Document Cover Sheet asking for both AOS/IV documents?

I received affidavit of support fee invoice but in the cover sheet, it requires me to put police certificate along with other documents. Is it a mistake or do I have to send all the documents at once. I only received an email containing one fee($120). The main problem I have is we do not have police clearance certificate because they FREAKING require my name in passport to issue a police clearance certificate!!!!!! This process is going to take 1 month to 2 month so I was hoping to send AOS first then by the time invoice is generated for IV package, we would not have wasted that much time preparing the PCC....

Any clarification on this would be great! Thank you all

The NVC will not review your packet until they have both parts. Sending the parts separately could further delay the review. Therefore, wait until you have everything together to send in the one AOS/IV packet.

You have to include a copy of the PCC with the IV documents (not with aos docs which are financial support).

Ideally, send aos+iv pkgs together,
