Does anyone know why I would have received a second letter from NVC stating basically the same thing ?

One dated July 22,2015 and the other July 16,2015.

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

They sent emails to you twice to make up for the ones they did not send at all?

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

They sent on July 15 or 16th saying case completed. and then again this morning i get the same thing letter saying case completed. I had called this morning to see if there's an interview date booked by chance and she thought it was weird that it had been sent twice.
