Form overload! AOS combo doc help.

Don't shoot me-I know there's a simple answer to this but I'm in form overload right now. I'm working on my fiancé's AOS docs but I was unclear on what I should be using for the combo EAD/AP form. Right now, I've been working on the i-131 and i-765 but I thought there was a different one that combines them. Thanks for your help.

There is no special form for EAD/AP combo. Just file AOS (I-485), EAD (I-765) and AP (I-131) all together. It is called concurrent filing.
