Form i-130 Part C Question 15 help

how do we answer this question some says answer if he is in the united states and some say answer there what he dose for work present name of employer and work address my husband is self employed and he dose his business from his home in morocco not sure how to handle this correctly please help

you write self-employed for his work.

I am the petitioner, he still lives overseas

found each other August 2009
started courting December 2010
first held hands February 2011
engaged June 2013
married May 2014
began process January 2015

Most recent update: Interviewed on 05-OCT 2015. Approved and visa in hand!!!
