1-donex doesnt delivery passport anymore, now it is mailboxes , they usualky take from a week to 2 weeks, but lately the system was down and they have delay stamping visas, and this week the consulate was closed 2 days, that mean the have a lots of delay.

by the system that was down the others days, there are a lots of people who hasnt get passport and they have a months approved.

2-VCA he needs passport, cedula, ds-160 confirmation page, ustraveldocs.com page.

3-he can go to medical in the morning and to vca in the afternoon.

Many people go to medical in the morning and at vca to 3:00 pm .

Or he can go to medical in one day and to vca in other day. he can do vca first and after medical or medical and after vca.

Best way to do it, it is in one day, morning medical and afternoon vca.

4-you can say whatever you want to the consul, but all depent from the system to stamp visa.

Because if the system down there isnt nothing they can do.

Good luck
