*I think I posted this on the wrong board.

My mom and I have been waiting patiently for the NVC website to start working again so that we can fill out the DS-260 for my grandma. The DS-261 choice of agent was reviewed on May 12 and we received the IV bill that day too. The website went down and NVC told my mom not to send in a check for the IV bill but to instead wait until the website started working again. We weren't able to pay the IV bill until June 9. The website is still down. It shows that both the AOS and IV fees are PAID but the DS-261 still shows as INCOMPLETE and the DS-260 is not available. My mom called NVC several times and they keep telling her to wait until the website is fixed.

My question is.. My grandma has a B2 Visa that has not expired. My baby is due in 2 weeks and I would really love for her to be here (plus I really need her help). Would it be OK for her to come visit on her B2 visa and just go back to the Philippines before her interview date? I don't want to mess up her application.
