Our embassy returned i130 has made it back to USCIS within 3 months of interview. But returned to cal not Nebraska.what I'm told is California handles most returned petitions. they received it June 9 ceac says review on June 10 it says post disition activity is this the same thing? and when I call USCIS they tell me it was sent back for review and they don't see a 221g my husband was given.the 221g had no reason checked on it. How long do you think before we hear something? Frustrated!
