NVC case status changed..Confused.. Help!

finally I put my case number into the CEAC system and instead of saying no data found "AT NVC" also says please follow the instruction they sent and if I lost them ect... I never got any instructions. what does this mean?

How long does it stay at this stage before they ship to embassy?

I never received a letter saying anything like that from NVC. Just the letter saying they got it and were sending to Embassy with case numbers on it.

Its not a letter its the case status on ceac.. oh well what can I do but wait. They don't deny you there or anything do they? that's my worry. I thought once USCIS approved it up until the interview your ok. I don't understand why the lag in sending my papers to Kingston. Sucks!!
