Hello!

I am just preparing in advance... I will be filing I-130 for both my paretns. And once I have it approved, what documents and Forms should I send to NVC with their AOS and IV? Is there a link here in VisaJourney where I can find the checklist?

What are the fees for these? And, since I will be filing for Mom and Dad, should I send separately?

Sept. 08, 2011 - Packet Mailed through USPS

Sept 12, 2011 - Packet received by USCIS

Sept. 14, 2011 - Emails & Text Notifications received from USCIS

Sept. 20, 2011 - NOAs in mail received (both dated Sept. 13, 2011)

Oct. 12, 2011 - USCIS Notification: Case transferred to another office

Oct. 20, 2011 - Boimetrics Appointment Scheduled on Nov. 17, 2011

Nov. 17, 2011 - Biometrics

Nov. 18, 2011 - E-mail received: EAD Card in production

Nov. 28, 2011 - EAD Card received

Dec. 05, 2011 - E-mail received: GreenCard in production :)

Hi Ims, if you take a look here it takes you through all the stages and what is needed. Be sure to read it all. http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved/contact.html

The AOS fee for both your parents will be $120 for both not each but the IV fee is $325 each.
