Hi,

My mom's IR5 visa is scheduled for July 27th. But when I check CEAC site (https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx), it says the case is still with NVC. Other than the PDF file in the email, there is no other information/communication. Should we be concerned or it normal ?

When I called Mumbai consulate, they gave https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthometo set up biometric interviews.

Which site do we have to use to track the progress of the case / issuance of visa etc.

It's normal. Your case will be transferred to your country about 10 days before the interview.
