I called the NVC last week and they said they received it 6/15. Now they are telling me that they have no record of the case when I called today. How is this possible. Is anyone else having any issues with NVC? I mean I know we all have constant issues with them..

Yes it is. NVC aren't that great. Of you ring again ask to speak with somebody on tier 2. If they say it's not there ring uscis back (petition only), get them to tell you when it left (if it has done). Mine took over 40 days to get to NVC
