Hi there,

So my fiancé had our K-1 petition sent back to her because she forgot to sign the final page. Their note also says to re-submit with the signature added, and the payment.

One thing we're not sure about is the cheque inside the package has been stamped. Do we need a new cheque when we send the package back?

Many thanks!

Hey,

The same thing happened to us, my fiance forgot to sign for something so they returned everything including the money order. My fiance just signed for it and sent it back with the money order. So you should be fine, my guess is they haven't cashed anything until you receive your noa1. However my situation was money order and not a cheque, you can always call USCIS and confirm it with them.

Good luck on your journey
