Mostly by the petitioner. But, it takes both of you.

Study the guides at the top of the home page, it tells you exactly what is needed, it would be self explanatory, after studying the guides, who will do what.

Sit down, make a list, of each item and decide who has to do what. Share it with your beneficiary.

My wife is Filipino, and we got a visa company for just a few hundred dollars, and our packet "was perfect," when submitted.

But, if I knew then what I know now, I would do it with my wife. It is not hard, you just must be very through. And keep 2 copies of everything.

Tnx.... Bec my 16 year old daughter is the beneficiary, So the b certificate, photo, passport(copy) &police certificate is for my daughter only & i dont have to send petitioners document bec an IR2? I just want to make sure.......
