My daugther and I was interviewed last March 3, 2015. sad to say our affidavit of support with the original signature did not came. it was still in the courier. so we did not bring the original documents. the consul said it was ok no problem on it. so the consul told me that everything is ok. they just want me to go to nbi and had an explanation letter with no creminal records. which i did after 2 weeks i got the referral letter from the embassy that i have to go to nbi and bring all the court records that my case was dismissed in the court long time ago. that was 1995. i am wondering that i got a clearance from the nbi but i still got hit at the embassy.

so am done at the nbi.. they told me that the USEM manila will pick up every friday. for now it is more than 2 months already . when i checked our status online it is AP/ what am gonna do? i called to the nbi ird office they told me that it was picked up already the explanation letter last march 29,2015 and the affidavit of support it was delivered by 2go last march 6. and our passport is in the embassy. what is a sign of this? anybody can tell me about this situation? am getting worried . i cannot stop worrying...

hello i just wanna ask if you got your visa issued.

im in AP to. i had my interview since April 13..until now my CEAC status in in AP and the status update date never change since then. how about yours?

im worried because i heard some was under AP for 5 months now

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>

January 29,2016 Application for N400 section 319b sent at Phoenix AZ
February 1 Priority date
February 9 NOA
February 23 Biometric done, walk in (March 2 original schedule

i hope it will not take us waiting for 5 months.

may i just ask..is your status update date changes ...

yes it was change . we got interviewd last March 3,2015 and I understand bacause we did not bring the affidavit of support which has an original signature by our petioner. it was not delivered yet. they change the date after they got all the documents that are stated at 221g.

so I hope it will change. me too am so worried. what they say when you called them? or did they reply your email?

i called and emailed them the first two weeks..all i got is the same answer..."in process" so i got tired and stop bugging them. it is what it is. i guess all i need is to wait till i receive text message from 2go. i dont even check my status at CEAC.

I called so many times..i emailed them..my case has been escalated twice..nothing happened. It will be my 4 months of waiting this coming august 13
