Thank you for the response. One more thing, did you receive a letter coming form the embassy stating that you need them to send back before they issue you the visa? If ever, When did you receive the letter? is it on the month before your pd or after.

Send back the "documents" you mean(?) such as the passport? Me? Not yet. But if you're talking about the 221g letter, my uncle who happens to have the same situation already received that and got his visa last Dec 18 and will be leaving this Jan 20. I think you will receive that if slec already passed your new medical to the embassy or if not, just set your interview after you renew all your requirements and go to embassy, or just call them if you want when your pd becomes current, just something to trigger them to update your case but I didn't try that.

Thanks haseo.. Yes, send back the passport. It happened when they got my passport after interview then few weeks later received it with a letter stating that i need to wait for my pd to be current because it was retrogressed. Does your uncle experience this also?

Yes but the passport was given back on the releasing area the same day because I've set his interview during the retrogression, but when he's all cleared from his 2nd medical and our pd becomes current, all he need to do is pass the required documents needed on the 221g letter he received and mailed it through 2go which is free, after a week the visa was delivered, since we live outside manila I guess.
