My husband moved here Dec. 22nd 2014 would he still need to file taxes for calendar year 2014 he made no income in USA and would he need to file FBAR for 2014. Or would it begin starting next year, 2015? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guessing they'd have to file the FBAR, though? Only just learned about that myself but that's for income held in overseas bank accounts if over $10,000, no? Based on a quick google search, it seems June is the deadline for filing for the previous year? Guess by the end of the month?

Someone please correct me if I'm horribly wrong!
