Some guidance about timeline terms

Hi All,

We are obviously new to all of this. I understand some of the terms used in timelines. One term I'm not quite clear on is touched. Would appreciate some guidance with this!

06/2004: Met Daywalker online

06/2004: Daywalker expressed interest in me I declined.

06/2004 - 11/2006: We remained friends being there for each other

11/17/06: Daywalker reveals to Icesickle that she wants to date him. Icesickle accepts!

01/13/06: discussed K-1 Visa

01/26/07: Daywalker visits USA(all the way from NZ, bless her heart)

02/10/07: Daywalker asked Icesickle to marry her, Icesickle said yes

02/12/07: Icesickle asks Daywalker to marry him with a ring. Daywalker says yes!

02/16/07: Icesickle and Daywalker file marriage license.

"Touched" just means that the processing date changes where you see the status of your K1 visa application. You will have to register for USCIS case status online once you receive your NOA1!

I see your profils says filed for K1 yet you say you filed for a marriage license (which would be a K3, not K1)...can you please clarify?

Thank all for helping us to understand the terms used here and the differences in type of filing status!

Unfortunatly, Icesickle and Daywalker are going their seperate ways!

p.s. an annaulment and/or divorce is in the procees!
