No, it has never changed to Issued status for me yet. Is the length of time a bad sign? o.O

I don't think it really means anything. Just very very frustrating!! Hopefully you will get it changed soon!! Have you tried getting a hold of the consulate at all?

I've e-mailed them once a week starting the 3rd week. >: they keep telling me they'll tell me once something has changed

I had to send paperwork in. I was missing my official BC

Oh I see. Then no worries!! if they received your docs it will just take a little while!! they have had TWO long weekends since your interview so that probably does not help!! Hang in there but I think soon:)
