Interview Frankfurt

I have a question on all the Germans here that had already there interview in Frankfurt.

Everyone else can help me too, of course.

I was reading on http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html

and found under:

2. Review U.S. Embassy or Consulate Interview Instructions

There may be additional instructions provided by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will be applying and be interviewed, so please review those instructions carefully. To see this information, select below the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will be interviewed.

That would be: http://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Supplemental/FRN%20-%20Frankfurt.pdf

Here it says:

Obtain the documents listed
below that are applicable to your case (even if they were previously submitted to USCIS or NVC). Once you
have assembled all documents pertaining to your case, please send them to us by regular mail.
They want all document as original or a certifed copy.
My question: Do I have to send these in and also bring these documents as original or certifed copy to the interview as well?

Hi ddss,

you don´t need to send anything, just bring everything to the interview. If you previously sent the originals to the USCIS or NVC, than bring a copy of every document. If you only submitted copies, then bring all originals plus one photocopy of each.

AND of course the passport, confirmation page of the DS-260 and interview letter (all pages) :)

Ok, we have the same confusion. My husband's interview is June 18th in Frankfurt. Does he need to bring the documents with him (copies and originals), OR send them in? I re-read the Frankfurt instructions and it just further confused me. It sounds like you'd need to send them for IR/CR1 or K1....

Sorry if this seems dumb, we just want to be sure.
