Okay. I'm not too sure about the rest of you who just recently passed, or those who may have passed in the passed, but I'm tired of all this evidence and looking at it. Can I trash it? Good idea, bad idea? Is it needed for the green card process. Not only am I tired of looking at it, but its a pain to carry on planes and such. What do you think?

STOP!!!!!!DROP!!!!!!!!!!!AND ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're on fire!!!!

Ridejewel,

Keep everything, orgainze them, box them up. YES, you will need some of those evidence and more accumulative ones for the next BIG interview, the 2-Yrs Conditional GreenCard. I don't throw out anything that related to Kim's immigration matter, not until she gets her Citizenship and that's just me! Just how I wouldn't change her last name to mine until she gets her Citizenship and go through with the whole immigration process either, to avoid naming confusion and mixed up with the SSA, USCIS, and DMV at the early stage. And that's also just me. Ask your wife to order extra certified birth certificate in Vietnamese and English ones from Vietnam, you will need a few of them when you apply for GC. Also, if she has her college or other government issued document which are important to her continuing education, get them translated into English also. It's cheaper to get it done overthere than here in the States, and it's somewhat officially looking with the red seal/stamp :D

Good luck and again, do not throw those precious evidence and document away!!!

I know it is a hassle to take them all home but I keep all the documents. Not only they might become useful in the future, but they remind me of what a journey we had been through. In fact, two weeks ago I was reading through one box full of documentation as I as rearranging my Study Room. It sure gave me a chill of the past :) ... My friend, bring them home.

I used to be indecisive. Now I am just not sure ...

Yea......................eeeeees!!! I know it's love, because otherwise, it would have never happened....

What a journey and I hope that both of us would remember it when we fight in the future, right?

At least, save it!

I returned to my wife's family house for the Tet holidays, after living 2 years in America, and I was looking through the photo albums that I created for the interview in 04' and the pages of evidence (non countable noun). It's awesome! I'm going to take all this "stuff" back to America and save it for future generations :)

What a horrible time to remember! I can swear this: I will never miss nor feel nostalgic about the last 7 months. They were a nightmare, period.
