Sent response to RFE 2 weeks ago did not get conformation that they received it - should i worry?

Hey Everyone!

I sent my response to RFE on April 30, tracking info indicates that they got it on may 2nd.

I still did not get any mail that they received it.

Moreover, case status online does not even show that they sent me RFE on the first place ..only that i applied for removal of conditions in august 2014....

Any thoughts?

I-751 will not get any updates, you will receive either interview or approval. I-751 RFE response takes months so 2 weeks is completely normal, you can do nothing except be patient.

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony

They never update status once RFE issued or received. And most of the time are not even updating status once approved after reviewing your RFE documentation. I was waiting in the same agony as you do, without knowing what is going on.

Online system is very late. Our first update was approval letter sent to our lower by mail.

ROC VSC mailed 5/7/14

NOA1 5/9

Check cashed 5/14

Biometrics current

RFE dated 12/18

RFE mailed 1/20

Approved 2/2 ! ( letter came from the local office)

Card received 2/17/15 !!!!
