Hi all,

My wife has 2 year condition GC and will expire in June 10.

We are planning to file for removal by May 20, so should be ok as long we file before GC Expire date June 10?

Confused by the question. You have to apply BEFORE it expires. It needs to be accepted and in the system prior to the current expiring. You've already waited far too long anyway. You didn't know it would expire in just a few weeks? You should never leave things to the last minute.

I'll, but as long I file before June 10 and accepted, we should ok then?

Yes you need to file before June 10th.

Filing usually means putting the application in the mail and not getting accepted by their system (similar to filing taxes I believe).

If you are late in filing make sure you keep evidence of mailing the application before June 10th.

Good Luck
