time frame of filing papers

me and my fiance filed the I-129f on february.

on april 13th we got packet 3, i have all the papers ready besides the evidence of financial support which im waiting for him to mail me.

NOA1 has an expiration date and we are getting close to that date, and i wanted to ask, do i need to have all the papers and schedule an interview before that expiration date? is there a limit on how much time i have to complete packet 3 insturctions?

is there a way to extend that date?

i couldnt find any information regarding the expiration date.

They will automatically extended the expiration date.

It's not something to worry about as long as everything is moving!

i talked to another person who went through the k-1 visa process, hes from a different country though.

he told me that he was scheduled a second interview and even though he has been told that the petition would extend automatically it still expired and he couldnt get his visa because of it.

i tried calling the visa section in my consulate but all they did was forward me to travel.state.gov...
